Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains how LIONHOUSE Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Lionhouse”, “we”) handles personal data collected through lionhouse.dev. It covers this website only; each Lionhouse product (TrustIvan, MITHUNAI, aiAxonIQ and trustlynce) publishes its own terms for data processed by that product.
Data controller
LIONHOUSE Technologies Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@lionhouse.dev.
What we collect
- Briefing requests: the name, work email, organization, and project details you enter in the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address and request metadata processed transiently by our hosting provider and used to prevent abuse (for example, rate limiting form submissions).
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
How we use your data and lawful basis
We use briefing-request data to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a proposal you asked for. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not sell personal data.
Who receives it
Form submissions are delivered to our internal team through our collaboration tooling (Slack) and our hosting provider. These service providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and may process it outside the UAE.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, and delete it within 24 months of our last contact unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, including under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@lionhouse.dev. You may also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
